FIBRA
The Line Multi Fiber
Multi Fiber is the fiber optic DAS solution proposed by 5Tacche.
It consists of a Master unit with one optical output or via internal optical splitter, with 4 or 8 outputs.
It connects to one or more Slave units even with different powers.
Upon request, it is possible to request the Master unit with a separate optical splitter.
Certified according to the RED Directive (Radio Equipment Directive) 2014/53/EU with standard equipment of the remote control system via IP, it is available in mono, dual, tri, and penta band modes with Slave unit power of 17, 23, 27, and 30 dBm
The standard version is 19" Rack, on request it is available in a mast version.
The fiber optic repeater system is very different from the traditional ones which only use coaxial cable and it represents the ideal solution when the lengths of the cables are such as to considerably attenuate the power supplied, making the system unstable and inefficient, or when there is no possibility to insert cables with a thickness of 7 or 10 mm or more, into existing cable ducts
How does it work
The traditional system receives the downlink signals coming from the operators, via the external antenna connected via the coaxial cable to the amplifier; this amplifies them and transports them via a further cable to the service antennas located inside.
With the same principle, but in reverse, the uplink signals from mobile phones are sent to the BTS.
The architecture of fiber systems is different.
The machine parts are split and together constitute the Master and Slave units.
The donor antenna, via the coaxial cable, sends the signals to the Master unit which are converted from radio to light and transmitted to the Slave units which could be even kilometers away; these convert the light signals received into radio signals and distribute them using a classic system consisting of a coaxial cable plus antennas.

FIBER SYSTEM
These are the main advantages
Absence of noise, unlike analogue signals, a weak and distorted optical signal can be cleaned by eliminating noise, a contributing cause of disturbance to operator networks;
Very low power in the uplink of the Master unit, as there are no attenuation it does not require high, non-standard, and dangerous amplifications;
Low power of the Slave units; the Slave units are connected to the Master unit via fiber and do not require high power to compensate for the attenuation due to the long distances of the coaxial cables;
It is not necessary to re-amplify the signals along the coaxial cable routes, an operation that is often indispensable in traditional systems and can produce a significant increase in the noise level;
On large surfaces where it is necessary to use multiple traditional systems, interference risks are reduced because there is a single Master unit that communicates with the operator cells;
Possibility of inserting the fibers into electrical connections, therefore an ideal solution for environments already used, with a notable reduction in accessory works;
Facilitates expansion and the quality of existing coverage;
The transmission of signals via optical fiber is not influenced by geographical and climatic environmental conditions, making signal coverage stable;
The use of fiber repeaters from the 5Tacche line makes networks more performing, reduces attenuation, improves effectiveness, especially over long distances, optimizes signal stability;
It is possible to increase the gain of the Slave units without risking self-oscillation, allowing the "downlink" output power to be increased.
A “Custom” system
The 5Tacche Multi Fiber system is dedicated to professionals and can be requested with any 800/900/1800/2100 and 2600 MHz frequency pairing, multi or mono tunable carrier.
The one, two, or three-band versions (e.g. E-GSM/WCDMA/LTE) can be requested with a single port for the external antenna or one for each band; this second solution allows perfect alignment of the external antennas with the operator's cells, as different standards could arrive from different directions.
It is possible to request frequencies other than those mentioned, including GSM-R for railway applications.
The entire 2021 range of fiber systems is equipped with IP-based remote control and the possibility of receiving alarms in real-time via SMS.
