Series Professional

Serie Professional 1800
These multi-carrier repeaters are designed to provide 3 and 4G LTE coverage at 1800 MHz.
Together with 900 Mhz, they represented the first implementation of the 2G network and allowed operators to significantly increase the number of channels available thanks to this standard called DCS Available in three powers of 23, 27, and 30 dBm respectively in the Professional Light 1800, Professional 1800, and Professional Power 1800 models.
Mainly dedicated to data transmission and voice traffic in VoLTE mode, the 1800 MHz frequency is used by all operators, including Iliad.
Compared to LTE 800, it propagates less but has greater performance and is therefore more widespread in urban areas, but it is also present in exurban areas close to cities.

  • Network: LTE 1800 MHz;
  • Data and voice in 4G VoLTE mode and if present in 3G standard;
  • Suitable for medium-sized environments;
  • Compatible with all EU mobile provider;
  • CE, RoHS, and Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) certifications;
  • Control via WEB interface, ETH port for remote control.

Descrition

Made with Intelligent Radio System ® Technology, they can be assembled and be in an optimal condition easily. The Professional Light 1800 model, with its 200 mW of power, ensures efficient coverage, capable of serving surfaces of over 400-500 m2. They have the new RED (Radio Equipment Directive) 2014/53/EU certification and include the remote control system via IP as standard equipment. The Professional 1800 Series can be accessorized with different types of internal and external antennas to allow better coverage in larger environments. Where present outdoors, they amplify the 3G and 4G LTE signals of the operators Wind-3, TIM, Vodafone, and Iliad.

Works

Signal amplification systems work on two separate frequencies: down-link and up-link.
Down-link is the signal we receive on our cell phone from operator cells at a specific frequency while Up-link is the signal we transmit from the cell phone to the infrastructure of the various networks.
The repeater by means of the external (or donor) antenna connected with a coaxial cable, picks up the signals from the operators' BTSs and amplifies them; then the enhanced and hardened signals are sent to the internal service antenna or antennas connected to the repeater, again by means of a coaxial cable. At this point the signal is ready to be used by your cell phone.
The system will transfer and amplify the signal from Vs cell phone (Up-Link) to the operators' cells with a reverse path from the previous one.

Installation

Main steps::
The installation of a signal amplification system must always and exclusively be carried out by specialized companies with the appropriate equipment.
“DO IT YOURSELF” in the absence of experience, competence, and the ability to carry out checks once the system is completed is a practice that should not be done under any circumstances.
